- I am a chef. To me cooking is a way of life I was simply born into. Over the years, I have written 19 cookbooks, hosted several cooking shows on TV, developed hundreds of recipes for various food product companies and conducted hundreds of cooking workshops in Singapore as well as overseas - San Francisco, Texas, Australia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, Colombo, Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah,Sweden and Papua New Guinea.
